He is responsible for changing the focus of the company into a multi functional company to include activities such as a Holding Company, an Oil Trading Company and oil & Gas consultancy services, General Trading Company, Billet Importation and Steel Conversion, Manufacturer’s Representatives and Ship building and Supplies. He has Ongoing investments in the upstream oil and gas sector through Gas Transmission and Power Ltd. after having won a bid to operate OPL 905 as a Production Sharing Contract with the NNPC.

Ebi Pinnick is an industry expert who has held management positions in Nigeria and United States, with exposure to large projects across the globe during the last 20 years. He is a petroleum geologist with 32 years of experience at ExxonMobil His background includes experience operating in several hydrocarbon basins, various fiscal regimes, interfacing with multinationals, National Oil Companies and Regulatory bodies, enabling a sound technical approach to issues that is balanced with solid upstream oil and gas business experience.

Aminu Nabegu has served on several diplomatic economic desks including inNew York, Rabat, Lisbon, Tokyo. He has held various leadership rolesincluding being the deputy director of the Office of the PermanentSecretary, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Nigeria.
IJEOMA ONYERI

Ijeoma Onyeri has over thirty-five years experience in the oil and gasindustry. She occupied various positions in the downstream division of theDepartment of Petroleum resources (DPR), helping to improve the synergybetween HSE and downstream operations. She retired as Deputy Director,Downstream in December 2018
FUNMI OGBUE
DIRECTOR
Funmi Ogbue holds an MSc in organisational change and development from the University of Manchester, and a BSc in sociology from the University of Lagos. As co-founder of Zigma , Funmi has taken what began as an oil and Gas Service company to an intergrated oil and gas company positioned to take advantage of the current commercial and regulatory environment, operate in a lean and mean manner and extract value from all opportunities we have. Prior to working in Zigma Funmi has worked at start-up phase 3 E&P companies – Abacan Resources Inc (Technical Partner to Alfred James Petroleum, Amni Petroleum and Yinka Folawiyo Petroleum), Canadian Occidental Petroleum, which later became Nexen, Shell Nigeria Exploration and Production Company (SNEPCO). In these companies Funmi held various roles in Admin, Finance, Economics and Planning, New Ventures , Procurement and Human Resources. Funmi’s roles have also included Human Resources Director at British American Tobacco, and senior HR positions in multinational companies such as Mercer Mergers and Acquisition in the UK. In 2012 she was appointed head of human resources for the newly privatised Ibadan Electricity Distribution Company Limited (IBEDC). Funmi also worked in Jake Riley where she has led many public sector reform projects and has close relationships and understanding of the Oil and Gas regulatory framework having been involved in the Oil and Gas Policy review effort.

Ebele Ogbue is a seasoned banker. He has worked for international banks,such as Citibank and Standard Chartered Bank in Nigeria and Ghana, andhas a wealth of experience working in the financial services industry in WestAfrica. For the energy sector in particular, he has spearheaded a numberfunding support initiatives for contractors to finance projects in the oil sector.

Ifeoma Sani is a seasoned medical professional with many years in service tothe federal government. She comes on board with a wealth of knowledgeand experience in her field. She has sat on the board of some reputableinstitutions including the University of Abuja Teaching Hospital, FederalMedical Centre Keffi, University Teaching Hospital Ilorin, among others. Shehas a passion for the monitoring and evaluation aspect of her field.

Razaq Ojularihas over thirty-six years of experience which includes working inoil and gas development and production while at Chevron. His backgroundincludes expertise in oil exploration and field operations, FPSO operations andmaintenance, technical and commercial evaluation, and management,appraisal and field (re)development, as well as supporting business-criticaloperations at onshore and offshore assets in the USA, South Korea, North Sea,Gulf of Mexico and Africa.
